Go buy it. Seriously i spur of the moment bought it and i was curious since i have some heavy duty bags under my eyes. In the pictures the eye on the left is the one with concealer. I don't have tattoos so im not sure how well it covers tats but its very good for hiding discoloration and imperfections. It does take a bit to blend but its super concentrated so you only need a tiny dab or two to do both eyes.
